The Ta Daa Lady had her beautiful Blue Whale with her baby attached for interactive storytelling inside as well as many colorful costumes for parades and dances. This whale is a big, beautiful, blue whale -the largest mammal in the world!

She also presented two stage shows and  two workshops in interactive storytelling.

Story 1: Whale of an Island

The story is about a group of pirates wassailing the sea looking for somewhere to anchor their ship. They see what they think is an island but it turns out to be the back of a big, blue whale. The whale is staying so still and the surface of the water,  waiting for a school of fish to come swimming into her mouth (as wide as a valley). That way, she can snatch them up for herself and her baby. Instant lunch!

Story 2: Charlie the Whale

A big whale is spotted on the cost of a small fishing village in B.C. She seemed to like visiting their cove. The local people thought of her as their pet so they called her Charlie (not knowing it was a she or a he). One day she got caught in a fisherman’s net. A brave fisherman took it upon himself to release this whale no matter how difficult a task.
