Angela Brown has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a minor in Theatre and a major in dance from Concordia University in Montreal, a BFA in Dance from York University in Toronto.
Angela has had numerous exhibitions, both solo and in group shows, all over British Columbia since the early eighties She often combines her exhibits with live painting and/or projections of her art. Images of her work are often projected unto on white backdrops and/or inflatable structures created by Evelyn Roth.
She has collaborated with Evelyn on many ‘art’ projects in both Vancouver and Australia (SALA Festival). Their work combines live painting, dance, projections and song. Evelyn is the originator of the Nylon Zoo.
