BLUE SALMON
This festival is my favorite! Amy Newman organizes The Little Folk area and she does a great job! The atmosphere is lively, light and playful.
These AMAZING STORYTELLING SALMON can swim its way to your festival or event. Then you would have a big fish to fry. All you have to do is hire the Nylon Zoo and it’s as a giant inflatable salmon. These colorful West Coast Salmon will take both the little ones and the big ones on a magical journey.
WHISTLER CHILDREN’S FESTIVAL 2024
Angela Brown, the Ta Daa Lady, is performing her NYLON ZOO in Whistler once again. For this festival, she had her beautiful & animated Blue Salmon for storytelling inside as well as a variety of costumes for parades.

The audience enters the salmon for an interactive story.
They act, sing and mime a story about the journey of the salmon.
I always find a willing dad to be a salmon in our parade. At the end of the parade, after our group dance, the salmon leads us upstream, jumping over rocks, along meandering streams, down waterfalls all the way back to the place he was born (the tent with costumes)…to spawn!
